With this ruling, would we be able to back date a lawsuit that already settled and request more in damages..... with someone like, ohhhh I don't know, say MSFT? lol I personally don't think that's anything we'd pursue now with our relationship to MSFT, but I'm more just curious if we COULD than anything.
