I think the CW33 spot was much better than the CBS11 spot.
As Mr. Welch indicated, the CBS11 spot had several inaccuracies, and in my opinion almost made it sound like Michael Welch is a TX entrepreneur that doesn't understand the law, but nevertheless is winging it and throwing a million bucks at this thing and hoping for the best. Also, using the lady whose daughter's marijuana addiction lead to the use of other drugs and eventually her court ordered stint in rehab, as well as her incorrect personal opinion that you "can't get all the THC out" were not good additions to this spot for RMHB. The best part was obviously the preview of the new drink cans, including what looked like the Hempd water. The colors and graphics were awesome and I think will show and sell very well.
The CW33 spot was much better, and almost seemed more like a mini commercial/PR spot than a news interview. The ending with her saying "I guess this is one way to live ABOVE the influence" was nice.
