haha, Martin Shkreli's company is losing money. Remember that they bought a very old drug for toxoplasmosis that sold for about 10 bucks for a course of treatment, then raised the price 5,000%. What is particularly abhorrent is that this drug is very cheap to manufacture, and it was the only drug known to treat this infection -- which causes birth defects in children of women infected with it. It's also needed by people with HIV infections.

Now those crooks want to change the name of the company to "Phoenixus."
This is one that should not rise from the ashes, as long as this guy has anything to do with it.
