Dadon: These articles about competition in the CBD space present classic 'glass half full, glass half empty' situations. Yes, RMHB will have lots of competition. Yes, they probably won't get placement in all the desired chains. AND: Would you rather there was no competition at all? If that were the case, it would tell me that the company was in a niche without potential and on a wild goose chase. Competition equals validation.
All things considered, I'll take the competition. I'll happily (for now) take 5% market share of a $3B industry (in the standard forecast range). That's $150M/year. Dunno what that would translate into in terms of PPS, but I'll tell you this much: It'll be a hell of a lot more than one cent per share.
Also to be borne in mind: RMHB's direct-to-consumer strategy. Retail sales are a secondary strategy for the company. It's a risk-reduction strategy vis-a-vis the Seven-Elevens of the world.
Also to be borne in mind (#2): RMHB's going global. It looks like Mexico is being announced soon. I've heard mention in past months of South America, Canada and Europe. So maybe it's 5% of a, what, $10B market?
Yes, we are trudging. And we will be trotting soon.
