What I like about this company
First welcome to the board Jauncy and I trade.
Snakes and Lattes is the leader in board game cafe's. many have come to visit the flag ship in Toronto store seeing how they do things.
The 3 locations up and running now average 1.5-2M in revenues per year.
The franchising team has 23 potential locations without any advertising with Tempe AZ. opening before the fall.
The distribution side of Snakes & Lattes Inc. has grown from 20 retailers and 5 SKUs to 170 retailers making up 300 locations and 35 SKUs and growing.
They just signed a 6 figure deal with Walmart.
They already have Amazon on board with orders totaling 7 figures.
Just last month they shipped 10,000 games out of the warehouse.
On the game creation side;
The Morning acquisition cost 150K paid in cash. Morning has Kill the Unicorns coming to market. Unicorns are the buzz with kids right now. It's also gotten very good reviews which could be found on youtube easily. If Kill the unicorns takes off like Exploding Kittens has there looking at potential of 50M. They also have a few other games in the works including Red Panda and Hope to go along with the games that are in the market now.
Ben Castanie the founder of Snakes & Lattes understood you need to have healthy food other than burgers, cheesy fries and hotdogs as the market moves to a healthier living style. He also understood having a game creation night where anyone can come to the cafe and test out games they created would bring brand recognition and loyalty to the brand. Did I mention each S&L location has a game guru's that will come over and teach you how to play any of the hundreds of games they stock.
There are 2 other subs
Natural Stuff Inc. which distributes beverages and foods to convince stores grocers and restaurants. The company has gone from 300 accounts to 500 accounts since being acquired by AMFE.
Gro3 Ozone.. I wish I could tell you more about the sub but right now with all the secrecy in the medical cannabis industry there not allowed to release news until companies that have purchased the system allows them to.
We do know the gro3 team had a meeting with the Colombians (country not city in SC) that went well. The feeling is Colombia wants to export organic plant based food hydroponic grown. They have not been able to get EU or U.S organic certification. Gro3's Ecopro3 unit does have organic certification in CA and a few midwestern states or the growing of medical cannabis. It's thought with this system Colombia would be able to get organic certification for plant based foods and of course for hydroponic growing of Cannabis.
I hope ya'll had a chance to look at the financial charts I posted.
What penny stock do you know that has had record revenues quarter after quarter and should end the fiscal year with 15 million dollars in revs.
What penny stock has taken 1/3 of the authorized shares off the table.
There is no toxic debt and according to the CEO never will be.
There has been no reverse splits and never will be according to the CEO
Perhaps the worst and best part is:
Currently the company is waiting on the completion of a 3 year 3 sub audit.
Because of the complexity of needing to satisfy both the Canadian and U.S requirements it's taken longer than anticipated. This has affected the price per share. The audit is expected any time when it hits the company will immediately up list to the QB and when the price hits .25 the QX.
Right now it traces 2-3 x revenues insane right. The stock is so undervalued it easily should be trading at .50. easy 4-5 bagger.
This is not a flipper it's a stock for the investor.
Imagine if you bought Monster beverages when it was .09 in 2000 and held it until yesterday's closing at 62.17. a 450 dollar investment then would be worth 335,000 dollars. That's life changing and this company has the potential for that to happen.
Of course it's always best to do your own DD and make your own decisions.
Welcome guys and post any questions
