Just a reminder of what G&B posted a few days ago from Kirsten Chapman LHA Investor Relations.
"That said As you know nFusz is pursuing a number of initiatives that management believes will be beneficial to all investors. During this process, the company’s advisors – including lawyers – suggest they limit the information disclosed in SHACs to ensure that the company remains in compliance during this important time. That said, Rory intends to release a SHAC in the near term and is reviewing the agenda and timing with the full team of advisors. As soon as that is finalized, we will advise everyone."
