Re: Coat Tail Rider #3933
The lawsuit was settled. The shares were worthless, and Kyle paid more in legal fees, including to Kara for Lord knows what. Those payments to Kara were in the form of shares that totaled well over the number of shares Micah surrendered for cancellation.
On March 23, 2016 the Board of Directors signed a universal settlement agreement with the Plaintiffs in the litigation matters of Micah Eldred, et al., v. Seafarer Exploration, et al

Question for ya. Who issued the shares to Micah and who printed the CERTS?
It’s rhetorical.
The link below is an entity Kyle did bidness with. I wonder if those files Buc got from the former SFRX auditor show Asher was still getting floorless convertibles from Kyle.

Unlike Kyle and Kramer, Micah hasn’t been sued by the SEC. If he's done something wrong he should be held to account like Kyle and Kramer.

Now it doesn’t mean Kyle did anything illegal with a bad actor, it just means they conducted bidness together, but since we are playing the guilt by association game, well you know.
Yeah, Kyle finally got the SEC reports right about the type of permit they had on Area 2, but he never came clean about the 2 of 3 item claim. In fact, he filed false claims to the Court about a “complete transition” to a recovery permit, (among other things) calling it an agreement with the state. There is no such thing allowed by the statutes.
Kyle knew the difference when he certified to 2012 10K. In fact, great detail was provided. So he forgot a couple years later, even though the permit he signed spelled it out? Come on Loser, you can do better than that.
Now Kyle didn’t lose his lawsuit with the SEC, but he did settle. However, he did lose his license.
What were the initials of the guy who fired him after he lost his license? And did the guy that fired him have restricted SFRX shares?
If so, who issued the shares and who printed the CERTS? Is it the same guy he settled a lawsuit with?
Glad we cleared that up Loser.
I think Micah was right to distance himself from Kyle, and when you look at the record on salvaging wrecks, it isn't even a contest. Good luck finding more spikes.
BTW, where’s the other LIBELOUS love bird? He/she ain’t chirping as much. Hope everything is okay.
Have a nice evening.
