As crazy as it sounds yes imo, From what I got is that the miami guy ate "Bath Salts" which is some sort of new lsd but worse drug. Over heats your body which is why he was naked. Then I guess they become super human.. From the report I guess the cop shot him and he grawled at the cop and then continued to eat the guys face.. Just CRAZY imo......
