It looks like this study is being amended in mid-stream and all that they seem to think they needed to do is get the institutional review board to approve. This doesn't seem to involve the FDA? ? ? ? Can someone verify this?

By the way the company mentioned above is ACTC, which has been VERY heavily bashed for a long time. Like CLSN news today, this should help them.
