I don't mean to rain on the SFOR parade. But you have to clearly understand something. The only possible DOD/ACS funds that could show on the 2Q18 fins on 8/15 would come from our slice of the 9/14/17 ARMY contract award to InfoReliance (contract manager) /McAfee. The DOD did not have new FY funding until authorization bill passage 3/28/18. That and billing cycles preclude any new FY payments from hitting our accounts receivables before the financial info cutoff date of 6/30. Sorry but that's how the DOD procurement cycle works. End of story!
