If you read the details of the REG A+ and do the math on Paranotek hiring 33 people over a 12 month period in a high tech industry and the fully burden cost (taxes, benefits, competitive salaries) is about $156,000 per FTE per year.
Based on a low average $85,000 salary plus 33% in mandated medical and unemployment insurance plus 38% in federal and state taxes, that all adds up. Based on the goal of hiring 33 people hired in 12 months, that adds up to $5.1M.
The REG A+ says they will take only trade shares for investment funds as needed to meet their needs and the forward looking statement on page 19 is pretty aggressive.
I imagine they can take only as much funds as needed to grow the business and the stock prices can support. Most companies fail because they re under capitalized and can't attract talent long enough the execute their plan.
