I agree. It's frustrating that they refuse to even acknowledge they've even filed. They blatantly dodge that question every single time. It wouldn't be telegraphing their next move, not insider information. I even asked FINRA. They told me they cannot disclose that information but that if a company wanted to, they could release it.
