Maybe Steve wants to partner with a "scooter sharing" company. Pricing and security will probably determine whether these startups will be successful. I have no idea what the business model - or, execution of it - looks like, but, it seems obvious that the companies (Bird?) will need to know where their scooters are - at all times. If our apps can do that for truck fleets, it seems they could handle the tracking of scooters. I think..... Go ONCI
