20 years ago the FUDsters claimed there was no such thing as naked shorting.
When it could no longer be denied they claimed it occurred from time to time so the market makers could make a market but that it was not a significant problem. Finally when an SEC Chairman stated that abusive naked shorting was in fact criminal the rabbit was out of the hat. Some folks are insisting naked shorting has not been a problem for CTIX/IPIX but at this point most investors realize that naked shorting has been a problem causing much more dilution than would have otherwise have occurred. Speaking of the legal short it was up over 200,000 shares in the most recent report while the volume average is dropping. Interesting days ahead to be sure. Go IPIX!!!
