Yes....Mr Brain's 'solution' when loaning the company money was to accept 4% interest.....while Heddle and Aspin got 12%.......
.......and decided that he return on his loan was better at 4% interest than taking PTOI shares....
Like many insiders he apparently knows some things.....and getting cash back is better than taking shares.
