The start of policy enactment confirmed in 5/1 reply to me by Senator Burr, Chairman Select Committee on Intelligence. "The elevation of CYBERCOM (to seperate command status) will help DOD deal with cyber threats that have become more envolved and technologically advanced". This indicates to me the Administration & Government is fully aware of and dealing with the cyber threat. Sure, I wish it happened sooner. I wrote the current POTUS Jan 2016. But one thing I learned working in the Beltway, (Pentagon) is that a new Administration's policy creation and enactment takes time. I am greatly encouraged by Mark's statement about "being in the governmrnt once, no, twice". At least, that's a good start!
