That sounds like a VB error so I'm guessing you are on a windows laptop. Try going to the site with a different browser if you have one. You can download Chrome as an example. If the different browser works, go back to the other one and clear your cache. If you don't try a second browser, start with clearing your cache on the one you are using. Wouldn't hurt to reboot after that.

If you fire up the computer again and try and you're still get that error 462, your computer could have a virus. If you are running some kind of virus software, open that up and run a full scan. If everything checks out, make sure you laptop OS and patches are up-to-date as well. Just type "check for updates" in the search box in the right bottom corner of your laptop screen.
