I do not for one second believe they are speaking about SEC Rules and Regs.
I read this as, we cannot allow Rory in front of a camera at this time.
He's excitable and will probably "hint" to something that a contract says he can't even flirt with speaking about.
"GUYS, GUYS, WELL, WELL WELL WELL.... then, it's hint drop BOOM!"
I only think it's that because of Rory's past SHAC's. Everytime it's small hit, another, yet larger hint, a SHAZAM Canon hint, then a PR or 8K over deliver!
Something big is coming....dare I say Transformational!
