I'm fairly certain that Mr. Brain won't get any return of his principal, let alone any of the 4% interest. It definitely was a strange, lopsided transaction.
I would like to know how much of that loan will go toward paying compensation to Mr. Heddle or toward paying fees to Heddle Marine. My guess is about 90%. PTOI itself is moribund and should require very, very little money at this point.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
