It is very simple.
We haven't been asked to buy the company. We haven't sought out to sell the company. As was stated in our January meeting, our goal is to build and operate a profitable company, not to sell it.
The question was simply at what price we would consider selling the company. The answer was given based solely on the input from over 60% of the shareholders who responded to the survey with their target sell price which was then extrapolated out to calculate the shareholder market cap.
I simply quoted the low number of the shareholders target and the high water mark of the company valuation numbers as the answer.
