When the founder of NTEK states in a personal communication (more than once) he would be open to all reasonable offers for the sale of the company AND then states in a CC to ALL shareholders what that target price would be........ well you you can interpret that any way you please. IMO the handwriting is on the wall.

Also a fellow long took carefull notes of the CC and posted those on the other NTEK "non basher baord". A majority of shareholders (60%) supported a buyout at the 47-67M target price.
