Since Mark said last month that we're very close to winning all of the current lawsuits the September (my prediction) oral arguments will be incredibly huge. I also predict we will hear what the actual date is in the next week. The PPS could triple within two days. With everyone knowing that Mark used the term 'win' the lawsuits the PPS will soar with each settlement.
