I suspect some of those NDA's for LED lighting may have been included on that storyboard QMC exhibited at an event a year or 2 go. Listed in the 'Lighting Category' on the storyboard titled; "QMC Partners and Potential Customers", where (among other well known entities) you'll find the following lesser known LED lighting companies:
