Have to be honest THCM, wish I understood the in's and out's of these deals a bit more, but from what I gather reading I could play devils advocate from both sides, as seems to happen on most deals. I'm just a biologist not a lawyer...

What it looks like to me.

It didn't appear as those more notes were issued for the MRX purchase but at the same time how much more funds are left in the EVIO pool to fund these ventures?? In order to fund the construction and overhead costs is more funding going to be required and where will it come from?

Just a couple of my thoughts. Any insight would be appreciated as you are much more in the know on these aspects.
