I can't imagine management being so obtuse as to not factor regulatory approval into their payment forecasts; these guys are pros. I assume the regulatory approval process has been in progress for some time now, but that the final approval couldn't happen until it was clear there'd be no election surprises in the works. Even with that, I wouldn't be shocked if approval didn't happen until August, what with bureaucracies being bureaucracies and all. This is all in line with the gospel I've been preaching in pretty much all my last posts. Patience! I understand the antsiness, the stock price sucks, but it always takes longer for things to happen than people tend to expect. Anybody on this list ever done a home renovation?
