Thinking about this more I am guessing the 12.4 million were bought by Mark Kay or someone else at a discount. if it was $.25 that would have been $3.1 million. I guess they will tell us what they are and what they were sold for at some point. Anything about $.17 ($2.1Million) I would be OK with.
