ironically it's not so much patience as determination to see what was being done and how (imo why was $obvious$)
you know what is really sad .. is there is seemingly no oversight by anyone to catch NR *glitches* (innocent or deliberate) .. NR seemingly gets to report what they want (i find the SEC beyond useless .. slightly more respect for Finra only because unlike the SEC .. Finra's data is user/retail friendly) .. when they want .. this (and years of observation) has led me to believe that most of what gets *reported* (specific to OTC targets that came public via a R/M vs say an S1 Reg) data imo is % based .. and why i'm so curious to see how IPIX is handled .. one other aspect you might find interesting Boo
as i've noted b4 .. imo NR seems to have an issue with IPIX when YOY hovers around that -35% - 30%
