Next question: How long does it take to get products approved by the Mexican FDA? Combine the sluggish bureaucratic mentality with the famously slow-moving Mexican culture, and it would suggest that this may not happen this month.
Now, I don't know if the "manana" stereotype about Mexican culture is actually valid. But if there is truth in it, it's something to consider here. I'm still hoping for this month. And I don't think it's out of the question. For those holding their breath, though, I'd suggest a different strategy.
