That's the whole thing about JF, he did it under the table.
I believe they filed to convert preferred to common and that's about if I'm not mistaken 50,000,000 of common shares to dump, probably not everything at once, but the last days over 500k seem like that's what is happening?
I dunno what to think anymore, this stock rarely ever sees green days anymore.
