Interesting. I wonder why once-a-day dosing? Wouldn't you think that you'd want to do divided dose -- either 2 or 3 times a day -- to try to keep the level constant? Maybe it has a really long half-life?

Once a day is certainly a more convenient dosage but it does make you wonder.
