Receivables to Cash - If I was Steve Berman I would sell (Factor) the current receivable and future receivables (short term). Reasons are as follows:
1. You can monetize the receivables to cash - the liquidity would remove the issue of collectible / non- collectibles. He doesn't have the time or inclination to chase the receivables, so don't. Let someone else who has a vested interest chase them.
2. Cash can be used to settle any outstanding short term financing issues.
3. Gives him investible cash to buy out Cogoscence if not already done; provide seed cash for MJ company; or inventory build for ongoing volume ramp up.
4. It cleans up the B/S and allows ONCI to move forward with growth and expansion W/O DEBT FINANCING NEEDED.
