This is one reason why R&G established a Calif. branch office last year. Once SA goes down in flames there will be no further legal doubt about SFOR IP. R&G is now geographically placed to roll over every out-of-band-authentication infringer, such as CA, in the state. R&G did extensive DD on SFOR IP before they took us on as a client. They concluded the odds were in their favor legally. They have set themselves up to milk the entire infringing herd in Silicon Valley.
