re the ability to make an agreement in europe, as noted in post 4602 etc, there is potentially a lot more flexibility with non-monolithic entities in europe vs the monolithic 'take it or leave it' entities in the usa, with their strict nda's which might make it difficult for nnlx to PR end of negotiations without fear of a suit.
the countries listed below span much of the spectrum
since nnlx's flat pack doesn't require refrigeration that would be useful in 3rd world countries and in 1st and 2nd world countries in more remote areas and areas subject to power outages, which is almost everywhere now due to weakened or outdated infrastructure and hacker attacks on the grid
today marks 3 months from 4-11-18 when the flat pack patents were published in the entire eu register and the statutory period to oppose said patents ended (of the 3 april updates i believe thats the date for eu pub etc)
licensing would normally be the fastest route requiring the least dd etc so a licensing agreement could very well be effected this summer
then buying the patent for a specified geo area-could also be done this summer
w a partnership usually the most complicated arrangement
direct representation could vary
eu entities have had the ability to begin their dd on the flatpack etc since NNLX 1st update- july last year- re their game changing decision to engage in such moves in the eu and china...so if there are honest rather than hardball negotiations even a partnership could be completed but such might be hard to do this summer
dd for joint ventures w real negotiations often take 3 years

4-9-18 update: We have had interest in the technology from companies in France, Spain, Turkey, Serbia, South Africa, and China. The interest varies from licensing arrangements, purchase, and through direct representation of our products.
