It would be advisable for Berman to put that in his filings if true. It would stop all the questions immediately.
However Berman did state in March 2018 that he would be meeting with his funder to payoff the balance of the Cogosense purchase by the end of April and the $225K was already on the Balance Sheet as of 1/31/18. I also though that the purchase price was $2.6 million.
So maybe what you said did not happen.
