Can you recall where it was noted that the licensing fee for Blocksafe is 15% of revenue? I assumed we did not know what the licensing agreement called for. I would be ecstatic with 15% of revenue!
As for your question, per SEC accounting rules if the ownership stays at 49% it must be consolidated on the financials.
