To me trial results reflect the pipeline, not the company name.
Of course Leo didn’t say the real purpose was to force NS to cover in the PR. I suggest you to read the filing on how much Leo spent for lawyer fees and website redesign. If the real purpose was just to change the name, it would be irresponsible for Leo to dilute the stock at shareholders’ expense when the SP was low.
Sullivan has shown he’s a very knowledgeable lawyer in defending CTIX and I’m grateful Leo hired him. He must have advised Leo on changing the name/CUSIP # to expose NS positions.
