the LAND status is officially changed from "rustic" to
"DEVELOPMENT" and JAN announces the first ground
breaking construction dates.
Assuming that all gets done I'm setting a tgt of
.04-.06 sometime in Q4 and then much higher
into 2019 as more properties r built on CIELO MAR.
