That rule change by the SEC was made in April 2009 and naked shorting runs rampant as we speak. All of us need to demand an end to abusive naked shorting from our Congresscritters aand have it banned as was done in Europe. There is no excuse for T+0 not being invoked on all trading with transfer agents knowing where every share of stock was being held at all times. The reason we are trading like we are in the dark ages imo is because it allows for those who profit at investors expense do not want things to change. Let them eat cake! Go NTEK!!!
