I think regardless of where they are at this point with raising the $5 million, they would probably need to have the accounts payable worked out first before they would announce any kind of funding. They need to know where the money is going (as would any investors) Plus you wouldn't want to get $5 million and then ask a creditor if they would take a big discount when they know you just got lot of cash. So I think they need to negotiate the settlements first.

I'm sure they have raised at least some of it by now or know where its coming from, but I'm almost expecting them to announce an extension with the noteholders to raise the balance of the $5 million when they issue the pr regarding the accounts payable. Its par for the course for Gerald at this point. Of course I hope I'm wrong.
