TPAC has been delinquent since 12/02/2017. They are now Dissolved/Revoked. By doing so Bill has no protection from liability. He can be held responsible for debts etc.
Any actions taken by TPAC, other than those done to wind up any affairs, will most likely be considered void or voidable. Like any amendments, etc.
TPAC is no more....
I suggest everyone call the Wyoming SOS as they will explain the circumstances and what it means for TPAC.
