I don’t think it’s a convenient excuse. For example, the selling pressure by Aspire from 4/1/2018 to 5/9/2018 was:
8M shares / 28 days = 285,714 shares/day

~300K shares per day was real selling pressure, not a convenient excuse. After 5/9, the SP went up ~100% in just one week.

Besides constant dilutions, another reason for the decline is the removal of near-term catalysts. For example, P top-line result was expected in Q1, then Q2, now Q3. Some investors became impatient and sold with the intention to buy back when the time is near. That’s why the SP went up ~100% since the milestone PR on 6/28.
No doubt that was positive news. If your believe is true (which could be), how come bashers/shorts/trader gangs couldn’t decline the SP?
