Well I know their is a lot of concern here with the goings on with ANDI, here is my take, if you look at the PR on the acquiring of WeWi it clearly stares that they have got WiWi in a all stock buyout, Now take a look at the way it was put, and look it back for yourself if you don’t agree with me. They acquired WeWi in a all stock transfer, they also said in that PR, that they had a signed contract for 250,000,000 million over the next 5 years. Now that is 50 mill per year on that contract.
If anyone is doubt in thinking this is not true, yes I agree since this is a pink sheet stock, but think of what they pr,d . First is this a normal penny stock with a CO that does not care of repercussions if the FTC investigated. I don’t care about the CEO myself. But now think about the Advisors in this, MR GReen And Owens, THAT IS A DIFFERENT STORY, Do you really believe that they would put their names to a money making scam in total violation of FTC rules? I personally do not think so even though the FTC would most likely not look into this. But it would still tarnish their names.
I play a lot of stocks, in otc you got to figure to play it it if it is hyped even when you know it is a scam, you can make lots of $ of of scams as well. But I put $ into this one to hold as I believe in the where they are going.
But just think of how many plays you made were with a PR statement of a contract that was signed? Not many willing to take the risk of a Pr that puts them into stock manipulation as well as investors fraud. Even the low life stocks don’t release that type of BS.
I just don’t see this being scam, to much at stake. And to much violation with FTC . Personally I think we see something way better then we thought but that is just my opinion.
