The only flies in the oatmeal are the: 3/23 Federal funding authorization date and the four separate billing cycles: DOD, InfoReliance, McAfee, ACS (who finally pays SFOR). Based on the date of the McAfee PR and given even 30 days net billing cycle that "check" may not have been deposited by SFOR before the info cutoff date 6/30, to be reflected in the 2Q18 fins on 8/15.
