I'm 90% sure this lawsuit is going in our favor.
Jerry destroyed shareholder value while offering more shares to the pool and giving shares to his buddies that never actually did anything for the company.
Based off his history our lawyers can easily say he had no intention of building this company and simply wanted to make money off dilution. You can get away with that for a couple times but by now the court will see a pattern.
When I heard Jersey mention he gets 500k if share price hits $1 thats insane for someone to give out stock awards like that for a forum moderator that posts silly cartoons all day.
GHS knows we have this lawsuit in the bag or else they wouldn't invest during a pending lawsuit.
