Key words, Jerseyfish: "was to be" but, it never happened.
Li and Jerry was to be doing lots of things for the company especially last year.
The only thing under the helm of those two that happened throughout their tenure with the company was accumulated debt for RMHB and a lot of "was to be" actions. The SEC filings don't tell a lie in that regard.
Is it surprising to me? Absolutely not. Look at Jerry's past. It speaks for itself.
