I'm sickened by reading the proposed reverse split shown on the other site under news. The smallest R/S is 1 for 250, with many substantially higher options. Even at the smallest number the O/S comes down to single digit millions, but in all cases they're keeping the authorized shares at over 9 billion. This is one of the worst R/S proposals I've seen, but they're saying no vote is needed as they have control, and the BOD will make the decision.

I suspect the share price to be down dramatically, so I'll hold on to my relatively small investment, but I'm afraid some people will be losing some serious Money if you sell out, the question is, how long till you make it back if successful.

I believe that with the O/S as low as they're taking it, in under a years time it will be double or more what it is after the R/S.
