I think there are a lot of drivers about to occur. Some in July, some in August. My expectation is that September is the earliest time that oral arguments might be scheduled for this case. It's just my opinion. The SFOR legal team had indicated they couldn't schedule in August.
In case anyone missed this interview on May 7th, 2018 the CEO said many interesting things. He mentioned a Sept/Oct timeframe for "expecting some heavy duty legal decisions"
