Question : Are these spinoffs good for us? Meaning I have invested in both PURA and USMJ for over a year and now they are talking about selling off parts of the business. Also they state there will be 2 new companies formed with separate stocks? Do we stay with PURA and USMJ or do we now need to but these 2 new stocks? Very confusing..
