$HALO broke and closed above that down trending upper trendline on the weekly chart pulling from the 3/30/12 swing high , 50% fib off the 8/3/12 swing low sitting at 8.67 but I say we retest the 9.80 area as that has the July resistance and the 61.8 fib line at
