The sharecount has increased dramatically in the last year. In addition, our financing position is very weak at this time. A phase 3 would be very painful to fund through stock sales. As a result, I don't think the terms of our first deal are going to impress certain bullish posters here. Only a stellar showing from Prurisol can change that in my opinion. That's also why I think they are waiting for the P result to finalize a deal.

I would guess the B-OM deal is ready to go very shortly after the P results come in.
